A grieving husband sent a moving letter to his wife's hairdresser following her death to say her final visit was one of the "last best moments of her life".
The man explains that he had waited "a really long time" to pass on the message, but wanted to express his gratitude and let her know why the visit had meant so much.
His wife had been suffering from dementia and he said Sara at the salon treated her as if she had been dealing with dementia patients "all your life".
He says they were allowed to sit next to one another and when it came to his wife's turn to have her hair cut, they turned her chair to face him so he could watch her expression.
