A passenger was booted off a bus by an angry driver after he coughed a "reddish brown substance" on seats and the floor. The driver has been praised by witnesses after taking firm action in St Helens, Merseyside, on Sunday afternoon.
Onlookers say the indignant man was carrying a mask, but did not have it on, the Liverpool Echo reports. Despite face masks being compulsory to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the man on the Aviva bus protested his innocence after coughing.
