Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell (born December 18, 2001) is an American singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles, Eilish began singing at a young age. She gained media attention in 2016, when she uploaded the song "Ocean Eyes" on SoundCloud, subsequently released by Darkroom and Interscope Records. "Ocean Eyes" was written and produced by her brother Finneas, with whom she collaborates on music and live shows. Eilish's debut EP, Don't Smile at Me (2017), reached the top 15 in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

The 33-year-old rapper surprised fans by dropping two new songs over the weekend, called “When to Say When” and “Chicago Freestyle.” He joked about the release as a “leak,” uploading the tracks on his label’s Soundcloud – along with a music video on YouTube, which was directed by Theo Skudra and shot at the Marcy Projects in Brooklyn and inside a recording studio.
In “When to Say When,” Drake references the child molestation allegations against Michael Jackson. “Michael Jackson s–t, but the palace is not for kids,” he raps.
Fans on social media were split with reactions, with some bringing up his own scrutinized relationship with young stars like Billie Eilish.
