Residents in Suffolk have been left feeling "paranoid" and "frightened" after bizarre chalk markings began appearing outside the homes of dog owners.
Photos of the white marks on fences, gates and brickwork have been shared on social media, with many wondering if they're being targeted.
This follows a series of dog thefts across the county, with four dogs and 13 puppies being stolen from Fiveways Boarding Kennels and Cattery in Barton Mills on July 10.
