The crossbreed dog, named Roo, was taken to the RSPCA’s Newbrook Farm Centre and Hospital where staff were shocked to see how emaciated she was.
The hungry pooch, who is believed to be around four or five-years-old, was also found with badly matted fur that had to be shaved off after the incident on August 13.RSPCA Inspector Vicki Taylor said: "This poor little dog was brought in by a member of the public after being thrown from a car in Warren Lane near Lickey Hills car park. "She was emaciated and extremely matted.
