Disneyland is launching an exclusive new lounge – and regular guests are banned from entering it.Visitors will require Magic Keys in order to access the luxurious suite at the California theme park, where they'll be able to take a breather from the crowds. These lucky few will be able to relax among plush interiors, vine-covered walls and stained glass windows. The swanky spot will be located at the Magic Key Terrace, which is currently being renovated. It will be similar to the famous Club 33 and 1901 lounges, which have famously long waiting lists.

Walt Disney Imagineer Kim Irvine told Orange Country Register : “When we started our Magic Key program, the park decided that it would be a really great thing to have a location for them that they could call their own, kind of like Club 33 has their own location. She added: "Now the Magic Key members have the same thing which is really wonderful.“You’ve got Avengers Campus just to the left and Pixar Pier right across the way.

Those are all really high-energy places.“Magic Key Terrace is really a change of energy and a change of mood. A chance to slow down, relax with a little food and drink, and think about what to do next.”Magic Keys don't come cheap. They replaced annual passholders and can be for $400 to $1,400 (around £300 to £1,000).According to the Disneyland website: "This new Magic Key program provides reservation-based admission to one or both Disneyland Resort theme parks where you’ll make memories visit after visit."Perks include access to the Magic Key portal in the Disneyland app, special experiences and collectibles.Holders can also try out the Magic Key terrace and get first access to exciting opportunities. As well as this, they can secure discounts at the Downtown.
