Both execs will continue to report to Disney chief executive officer Bob Chapek. The changes, which will take effect Jan. 1, come less than two months after the Mouse House announced that it planned to centralize its media business into a single organization that will be responsible for content distribution, ad sales and streaming provider Disney+.Horn, 77, and Bergman, 54, have jointly led Disney’s studios division as co-chairmen since May 2019.
