Seafood and Eat It, a company set up by two brothers. They use Cornish crab, though go further afield when demand is high. It seems expensive when you put it in your shopping basket but there’s no waste and you can start cooking immediately.
Piled on toast with cream and grated parmesan and grilled, or tossed with linguine, fried garlic, lemon, chilli and parsley, one tub easily feeds two.
And you don’t even need recipes. You can either serve this in bowls as soon as you’ve made it, or you can put it into a small gratin dish and bake it.
