Derek McInnes tables his SFA solution as Aberdeen manager 'unhappy at the attitude' over Covid fallout

Derek McInnes wants the Scottish Football Association to cough up for mandatory COVID-19 testing to make sure all their internationalists are clear before they are sent back to their clubs.

The Aberdeen manager believes that would help avoid the fall-out and chaos that a lot of clubs have had to deal with from the positive returns of Dons midfielder Ross McCrorie, Livingston’s Robby McCrorie and Celtic’s Davd Turnbull after their involvement with the Scotland under-21s in Greece.

McInnes confirmed the Dons tested all their players on their return but since then the likes of Connor McLennan and Lewis Ferguson have been forced to self-isolate as a precaution.
