Martin Keown has blasted Arsenal's signing of David Luiz last summer, going so far as to question whether the Brazilian is even a "proper defender".
Luiz was signed from Chelsea for £8million on deadline day and has started all but three of the Gunners' Premier League games this season.
While he has scored twice, the 33-year-old has often looked shaky in a defence which has only kept seven clean sheets. And the ageing defender's inconsistent performances have raised questions about the club's recruitment strategy, with Keown claiming he "has to go" during an Arsenal overhaul.
