Daniel Dae Kim to play Fire Lord Ozai in Avatar: The Last Airbender

msn.comannounced Wednesday that Lost alum Daniel Dae Kim has been cast as the ruthless leader Fire Lord Ozai in its live-action reimagined series, Avatar: The Last Airbender.
The 53-year-old SAG Award winner - who boasts 1. 7M social media followers - confirmed the news on Instagram writing: 'It's gettin' hot in here… #avatar #ozai. 'Daniel's post received congratulatory comments from Emily in Paris star Ashley Park, This Is Life host Lisa Ling, The Masked Singer panelist Ken Jeong, and 13 Reasons Why actor Ross Butler.
The Fire Nation boss was previously voiced by Star Wars icon Mark Hamill in the original Nickelodeon animated series, which aired for three seasons spanning 2005-2008.
