A 'danger to life' warning has been issued in Bedford for severe flooding as thousands told to evacuate the area. Residents have been told to leave their homes ahead of Storm Bella today, which is set to bring further downpours and winds of up to 60-70mph in exposed coastal locations, according to the Met Office.
