Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

BBC Breakfast host Dan Walker thinks it’s a “pity” that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could not resolve their differences with the Royal Family in private.The presenter made his comments on twitter today.Dan seemed concerned with the “fall out” of their latest interview, which is set to air on ITV next week.He claimed that it was likely to “harden opinions” on all sides.The 43-year-old shared his views online, in view of his 684,900 followers.He spoke out following the release of a new trailer for the couple's two-hour long interview with Oprah.“It’s hard to see how any reputations are going to be enhanced by what is happening at the moment.“The build-up, the interview & the fall out will probably only harden opinions on all sides,” he.
