A dad heartbroken over the death of his baby daughter says his life was spiralling out of control. Stephen Davis says he 'doesn't know where he'd be' if it wasn't for a group which provides support to men suffering from mental health issues.
His daughter was stillborn at 39 weeks, and two friends took their own lives in a short space of time. In the months that followed, his family failed to recognise the 39-year-old as he became 'angrier and angrier', with the Glaswegian insisting there was nothing wrong with him.
But after visiting Men Matter Scotland - an organisation set up to prevent suicide and promote wellbeing - Stephen has got himself and his family back, admitting the peer support group has saved his life.
