Currys PC World has announced plans to launch a new drive thru shopping experience - allowing customers to pick up essentials without entering the store.
The retailer, which is part of the Dixons Carphone group, said the measures will be introduced once the government eases its restrictions on store closures.
The zero contact drive thru model, which means customers can shop without entering stores, will allow customers to drive to stores with dedicated parking and pay for and pick up the products they want to buy without having to leave their car.
It will form part of a new ShopLive service that will also offer customers expert advice from the comfort of their own homes.
