A teenager has been stabbed to death on a bus in Croydon. Police have launched a murder investigation after the boy, believed to be 17, was attacked with a knife in Whitehorse Lane, South Norwood, at 8.30pm on Sunday.
Having suffered multiple injuries, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 9.07pm. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: "Enquiries are under way to inform his next of kin." Part of Whitehorse Lane remains closed.
No arrests have been made. A Section 60 Order has been put in place until 1.10pm on Monday in Selhurt, Thornton Heath, Bensham Manor, South Norwood, Woodside, Addington North and Addington South.
