Cristiano Ronaldo looks set to remain at Manchester United next season after insisting he is "happy and excited" by the arrival of Erik ten Hag while admitting that things "must change".Ronaldo's future had seemed uncertain after a disappointing first season back at Old Trafford that resulted in United finishing sixth and missing out on the Champions League.
His situation came under increased focus following the appointment of Ten Hag last month. That was until the Dutch boss confirmed that Ronaldo would be part of his plans going forward.
And now the Portuguese has dropped his biggest hint yet that he will line up for the 13-time Premier League champions next season in an interview with the club's official website.
Discussing Ten Hag's arrival, Ronaldo said: "I know he [Ten Hag] did a fantastic job for Ajax and that he's an experienced coach.
