With New Zealand motoring along on 210-4, England bowler Jack Leach was keen to take another wicket.But the 30-year-old spinner got it all wrong as his delivery was powered over the ropes by Kiwi batter Daryl Mitchell.
But what Leach and Mitchell probably didn't expect was for the ball to land straight in a woman's pint, showering her and all of those in the vicinity in cider.
England new boy Matthew Potts went over to retrieve the sodden ball and made a 'ball in a pint' motion - not one recognised by the ICC - to explain what had happened.
