A Covid-19 vaccine may be given to poor countries before Brits despite it being paid for by UK taxpayers. We may not be at the front of the queue for the protection being worked on by a team at Oxford University.

Experts at Oxford University’s Jenner Institute are receiving UK government funding worth £2.2million to make it.
