Taylor Swift

Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

CORONATION Street will air a special hour-long episode tonight after football caused chaos with the schedules. The ITV soap will no longer air on Friday night due to an FA Cup match.

Fans will be furious about the changes that will see them go without a new episode of Corrie for five days. After tonight’s episode, the usual two episodes will air on Wednesday night but fans will have to wait until Monday for more.

It comes after ITV announced a dramatic change to the soap’s broadcast - changing decades of history. In a huge shake-up of its early evening output, ITV will now air a full hour of news from 6.30pm, pushing the soaps further into prime time.

Emmerdale, which has a big year ahead celebrating its 50th birthday in 2022, will move to a 7.30pm slot. Coronation Street, the nation’s biggest soap, is to move to three hour-long episodes, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm.
