Everything Everything have announced a 2025 UK and Ireland tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of their third album ‘Get To Heaven’. Find all the details below.The Manchester band will hit the road later this year to mark a decade of their critically-acclaimed 2015 record – which peaked at Number Seven in the UK, and features the singles ‘Distant Past’ and ‘Regret’.Kicking off at the legendary Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow on November 27, the special run of dates also includes stops in Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Newcastle, Bristol, Birmingham and Dublin.The group are set to perform ‘Get To Heaven’ in its entirety “for the first time ever” at the forthcoming shows.

Everything Everything’s Jonathan Higgs has spoken to NME about the fantastical concept behind the band’s upcoming new album ‘Mountainhead’, which serves as a metaphor for “late-stage capitalism”.The record, set for release on March 1, 2024, takes place in a world where society has created a huge mountain by digging a pit at its foot, and aspires to climb to the mythical mirror at its peak. All the while trying to escape a gigantic golden snake called Creddahornis who lives at the bottom of the pit.“A ‘Mountainhead’ is one who believes the mountain must grow no matter the cost, and no matter how terrible it is to dwell in the great pit,” Higgs explained.

Everything Everything have shared their latest single ‘Pizza Boy’ – you can watch the song’s accompanying music video below.The track is the final preview of the band’s forthcoming new album ‘Raw Data Feel’, which is set for release on May 20 via EE’s own imprint Infinity Industries / AWAL.Speaking about the meaning behind ‘Pizza Boy’, Everything Everything said in a statement: “The song is about recovering from trauma, by focussing on both hedonism and solitude.”The band have also shared a video for ‘Pizza Boy’, which features the four-piece performing the track live during their recent UK and Ireland tour. You can pre-order the album here.Explaining the meaning behind ‘Teletype’ and its visuals, which were created by frontman Jonathan Higgs, the band said: “This song began in a very experimental way, with Alex and Jon sampling voice and guitar then putting it through a process that randomised each chord in a chaotic and glitchy rhythm.“A very direct song, straight from the heart, with a fresh new openness that we felt was a good scene-setting for the record.”“The video consists of human faces that were completely generated by AI, singing the song.
