In a scene at Roys Rolls, he spoke with his ex-partner Izzy Armstrong about the situation, and viewers were delighted to see actress Cherylee Houston back on their screens.
Cherylee has been missing from the soap for almost three years, having last appeared on screen before the first Coronavirus lockdown in 2020.
The actress was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos, a rare connective tissue disorder, when she was 23. She has played Izzy since 2010 but had to have an extended period of shielding from Covid-19 during the pandemic.
