Earlier this year, Coronation Street boss Iain MacLeod revealed that Carla Connor's mental health struggles would be revisited, with an intended timing of April.
Due to the coronavirus lockdown and episode rations though, the storyline will now be back on screens in June. Speaking to Daily Star Online, Iain confirmed that the storyline will see Carla (Alison King) reunited with someone from the time she went missing during the lowest depths of her mental health issues.
