But he will face Poirier at 9am in Abu Dhabi next Sunday in the middle of a global pandemic and so has adjusted his plans accordingly. "I am looking forward to my post-fight toast," McGregor told ESPN. "It's early morning in Abu Dhabi so I'm going to have an Irish coffee after the fight. "Usually through weight cuts you begin to crave certain foods and I've been craving American pancakes so I'm going to have a plate of American pancakes and a proper Irish coffee."
