Playstation and Xbox leap forward into the next-gen 4K future, it seems Nintendo are returning to their roots. The gaming giant will bring beloved N64 games back from the dead in October through a premium Switch Online service, the company announced yesterday.From late October, Switch gamers will be able to play classics such as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Mario Kart 64, Super Mario 64, and many more via the new Switch Online+ service.
It will also include a number of classic SEGA Genesis games, including Sonic the Hedgehog 2.Currently, Switch Online subscribers have access to online multiplayer across the platform as well as dozens of emulated versions of Nintendo's classic games from the NES and the SNES.
