Christine McGuinness broke down in tears of joy after her mum finished her course of chemotherapy. The Real Housewives of Cheshire star's mum has been battling breast cancer and just completed a six-month course of treatment.

She hasn't been able to see her mum for seven months as her mum has been self-isolating while receiving treatment. Taking to her Instagram stories, Christine, 32, sobbed in the back of her car as she shared her utter joy that her mum was done with chemo.

She also shared a picture of her mum ringing the bell in hospital, which is a gesture cancer patients often do when they finish their treatment or go into remission.
