Celebrity Gogglebox star Woody Cook has revealed how the spirit of his grandfather sent him signals from beyond the grave.The son of radio presenter Zoe Ball and DJ Norman 'Fatboy Slim' Cook reckons he has had several ghost encounters, including one spooky event just before his 15th birthday.Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, Woody said: "I've had a few ghost experiences and almost ended up doing a ghost show, but it fell through.READ MORE: Gogglebox's Stephen Webb apologises after pushing woman into swimming pool after row"Two hours before my 15th birthday, the lights started flashing in my house.“They used to flash once or twice then stay on, but it got to about 10 times and I was counting saying, ‘Wouldn’t it be weird if it flashed 15 times for my 15th birthday?’ And it did.” Woody reckoned it could be his grandad, Norman’s father, trying to make contact.He adds: “I said, ‘Maybe it’s my grandad,’ as he died a year before that happened.“I said, ‘Do it again,’ and it did.
At that point we were freaking out.“For it to do it 15 times then to stop and do it when I say, it’s the sort of thing my grandad would have done – he was a really cheeky kind of guy.”Gogglebox viewers have loved seeing the close bond Woody has with his Radio 2 Breakfast Show host mum Zoe.Woody adds: “For some people, it’s a job to hang out with their mum because it’s painful.“But for me, because the sparks fly, it’s a joy.
