He spoke at the 113th meeting of the Executive Council of the World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) in Madrid on Wednesday.Mr Sanchez reportedly said: "Only mass vaccination will open the way to the normality we want."It is believed he claimed the country would "progressively" prepare to welcome tourists until 70% of Spain had been vaccinated.The Prime Minister said he didn't expect this until the end of the summer season.Spain.
