Britney Spears will finally speak out about her ongoing conservatorship next month after over a decade in the legal hold.The Mood Ring songstress made the request to speak directly to the court via her court-appointed attorney Samuel Ingham III during the latest hearing in California on Tuesday.Ingham told Judge Penny that the pop icon added that she has requested it on an 'expedited basis'.According to fans in the court room, Ingham went on to say that Britney's desire to speak directly to the court is "unrelated to any of the pending matters".After considering the request, Penny confirmed Britney will address the court on June 23 at 1:30 PM.A rep for Britney Spears has been contacted by Daily Star for comment.A second date has been set.
