dogs has seen into the world nearly 600 adorable puppies carefully bred to be more than just man's best friend. Tim Bloomfield is in charge of making sure canine mums up and down the country have everything they need to safely give birth to healthy little pups.
As the largest dog breeding programme in the world, extensive research into bloodlines is made by the Guide Dogs team to make sure their future workers grow up without a hitch.
Not one to just stay on the sidelines, Tim says a dog has even climbed on his lap to give birth.Breeding Dog Advisor Tim said: "I work with about 35 Mums a year, and I would expect around 21 litters a year from the Mums I supervise, producing around 145 puppies.
