His daughter told police that she was attacked at the location and her father was arrested two days later on Saturday, June 12.She admitted that she was drunk and said she couldn't recall anything about her attacker, apart from that he was wearing all-white.Authorities who examined CCTV footage said they had been drinking together in a bar before the man made obscene gestures towards the victim.It has been reported that he hit his daughter in the face, followed her onto the street and then carried out the sex attack on the beach.Medical examiners said the victim was "covered" in injuries that were consistent with stones and branches located on the beach.They highlighted that her injuries were also consistent with rape and confirmed that they had collected the father and daughter's DNA samples, according to local newspaper Neakriti.The pensioner was charged with felony rape, sexual abuse and domestic violence after police brought him into a magistrate's office.He pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied that he was responsible for the assault.
