Bournemouth goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has backed Project Restart, the Premier League’s plans to resume the season, despite testing positive for coronavirus.
The goalkeeper was one of two top-flight stars to be confirmed with Covid-19 from the 966 tests that took place in recent days.
Ramsdale has been a big part of Eddie Howe’s side this season – and would have been first choice for games starting again next month.
But it has not stopped the youngster backing Project Restart, which would see games played behind closed doors at neutral venues.
