Six people are reported to have been killed after a gunman opened fire in a deadly massacre at a supermarket car park. In dramatic footage a bloodied man was seen being led away by officers amid initial reports that someone had been gunned down in a car park.
Speaking to reporters in a televised press conference police called the incident a tragedy and said there had been multiple fatalities, including a police officer.
Officers did not confirm how many people had died and added that a 'person of interest' was now in custody. Police in Boulder, Colorado, were first called to the "active shooter" incident at a grocery store on Monday.
