And they have revealed how a clash involving youths resulted in shots being fired. As reported in the Manchester Evening News,a gunman opened fire on a street after youths attacked two parked cars.
The yobs attacked a VW Golf and a BMW on New Mill Walk on Good Friday. As they did, a gunman got out of the BMW and shots were fired.
Police have now confirmed a BMW has been found. Tests and enquiries are ongoing to establish if is the same vehicle from which the shooter stepped.
