dailyrecord.co.ukbaby found dead in a supermarket car park has been traced by police. Officers were called to the tragic discovery in a Morrisons car park in Bilston, Wolverhampton, at around 9am on Sunday April 11.
The baby's body was discovered by a member of the pub, according to Birmingham Live. Police had launched a desperate search for the child's mother.She has since been found and is "receiving appropriate care".Police say they will speak to the mother "in due course".A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "We’ve identified the mother as a result of our earlier appeal and she is now receiving appropriate care."We will be speaking to her in due course.
