George Boden, 64, of Church Road, Stockport, pleaded guilty to a charge of being the director of a corporate body which committed an offence under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

The blast at the Cheshire wood mill in July 2015 killed 62-year-old cleaner Dorothy Bailey, 51-year-old maintenance fitter Derek William Barks, known as Will, and mill worker Derek Moore, also 62.
