Scotland after pictures of their cottage were published. The Prime Minister, his partner and their baby son Wilfred - along with dog Dilyn - were reported to be staying in a remote three-bedroom house on the north-west coast.
But it's believed the family were forced to abandon their break because it was no longer considered safe for them to stay. A Government source confirmed to PA that the Prime Minister has returned from Scotland.
Pictures published in the Daily Mail on Friday showed a canvas bell tent erected near the cottage, which was said to boast "spectacular views" towards the islands of Raasay, Rona and Skye.
