Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

The Voice star Bo Bruce and her brother Thomas Brudenell-Bruce. In February singer-songwriter Bo won a High Court case against her older brother after being denied a share of a £2 million inheritance.

But Bo’s pal Charlotte Carew Pole, who is working behind the scenes on a new primogeniture Bill, tells me Thomas wants to launch a bizarre new action, to try to take back all the money Bo’s father, the Earl of Cardigan, spent on her up to the age of 18.

However, the Earl may not be backing his son, telling me: ‘I am appalled at the prospect of yet more family money being spent on my two elder children having another go at each other.
