Bloomberg Media CEO Justin Smith is leaving his post after eight years to launch what he called “a new kind of global news media company that serves unbiased journalism to a truly global audience.”As news of Smith’s exit plan surfaced this morning, New York Times media columnist Ben Smith also said he would be coming aboard the startup.
