billionaire divorce mansion which boasts a hedge maze and helipad has hit the market with a major discount. Bishopsgate House is one of the most expensive homes in Surrey and has had £18million knocked off since it was last on the market.

The luxurious property, which is on now on sale for £32 million, is located just four miles away from Windsor Castle in Englefield Green and offers secret access to Windsor Great Park. The hidden entry has been around for centuries and was originally enjoyed by monks who were given the go-ahead to use the gate into the Great Park at the time- inspiring the name Bishopsgate. The house was at the centre of a high-profile divorce case in 2016 when its owner Sheik Walid Juffali paid a settlement of £75 million to Christina Estrada, which at the time was a UK record.

Juffali died shortly after the legal proceedings, and the family is now looking to sell their marital home, reports Surrey Live.

It also offers the lucky owner a chance to take a dip in their very own indoor pool which boasts modern decorative features."It is one of just a few homes to have this Narnia-esque entrance to Windsor Great Park," said Becky Fatemi, founder and director of Rokstone, who are the estate agents managing the sale."The deeds state that residents are allowed to cross the threshold by foot or on horseback for the grand total of £1 levy per year."The property has been reduced in price by over a third since it was last on sale in 2018.
