In June the Mummy Diaries star, 30, and her husband Greg Shepherd, 33, were refused planning permission to demolish their £1.4million property in Essex and build a five-bedroom luxury home in its place.
After complaints from neighbours Brentwood Borough Council rejected plans as it would be the biggest house on the street and they said the increase in size from the original home would not be acceptable.
But the couple has amended their plans and the new home's proposed extension height will be reduced by 500mm, according to The Sun.
