Billie Eilish has been granted a permanent restraining order against a man who turned up to her house multiple times. The Bad Guy star had previously been granted a temporary restraining order against Prenell Rousseau, but Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Dianna Gould-Saltman has extended it for three years.
