"Ocean Eyes" was written and produced by her brother Finneas, with whom she collaborates on music and live shows. Last month, we learned Billie Eilish would be performing “No Time To Die,” the theme song for the upcoming James Bond film of the same name.

Now, the FINNEAS and Stephen Lipson-produced track is here, officially making her the youngest Bond theme performer in the franchise’s history at 18 years old.

The song finds Eilish singing about romantic betrayal: “It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way,” Eilish said in a press statement following the announcement of her involvement with the theme. “To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honor.

James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock.” FINNEAS added that the brother and sister pairing had been dreaming.
