Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell (born December 18, 2001) is an American singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles, Eilish began singing at a young age. She gained media attention in 2016, when she uploaded the song "Ocean Eyes" on SoundCloud, subsequently released by Darkroom and Interscope Records. "Ocean Eyes" was written and produced by her brother Finneas, with whom she collaborates on music and live shows. Eilish's debut EP, Don't Smile at Me (2017), reached the top 15 in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

The Grammy award winning artist, 18, and her family requested a restraining order against a fan named named Prenell Rousseau, who showed up at her home seven times in the past week, according to TMZ.
The fan, who also did not adhere to social distancing, must stay 200 yards away from the singer and her family. The fan was taken into custody two times this week but trespassing is a non-violent offense and due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, non-violent offenders are not being kept in jail.
Prenell, who must seek all contact with the Eilish family, was put on a bus back to his native New York but the star believes he will return.
