Billie Eilish was ‘granted a temporary restraining order’ against a stalker who showed up at her house seven times. The Bad Guy singer, 18, and her family requested the restraining order against a fan named Prenell Rousseau, according to TMZ.

Prenell has to stay 200 yards away from Billie and her family at all times. He was placed on a bus back to New York but the star fears he could return.

As trespassing is a non-violent offence and due to the coronavirus pandemic, the fan is not being kept in jail despite being taken into custody twice this week.

The publication claims the next hearing is 1 June and the legal documents show Billie claimed the 24-year-old stalker showed up on Monday.
