Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell (born December 18, 2001) is an American singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles, Eilish began singing at a young age. She gained media attention in 2016, when she uploaded the song "Ocean Eyes" on SoundCloud, subsequently released by Darkroom and Interscope Records. "Ocean Eyes" was written and produced by her brother Finneas, with whom she collaborates on music and live shows. Eilish's debut EP, Don't Smile at Me (2017), reached the top 15 in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

torontosun.comBillie Eilish has been granted a permanent restraining order against a fan who won’t stay away from her home.Prenell Rousseau was told to stay away from the Bad Guy singer’s pad last month, and now a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has locked in the restraining order for the next three years.The order, granted on Thursday, prevents Rousseau from attempting to contact Billie or come within 100 yards of her or her parents.
He also can’t show up at her concerts or places of work.The order can be extended to five years if the judge sees fit, according to TMZ.
