A firefighter who was at the forefront of his brigade's "values" campaign has been sacked after making explicit jokes during a staff team building event.
A tribunal hearing heard how award-winning Richard Holden, 46, stood up against bullying and even devoted his own time to raise money for mental health charities and other good causes.
