Four people killed in a huge explosion at a waste water treatment plant have been named - including one aged just 16. Avon & Somerset Police have named the victims as Michael James, 64, Brian Vickery, 63, Raymond White, 57, and Luke Wheaton, 16.
Luke, Brian and Ray worked for Wessex Water while Michael was a contractor. A fifth person who was injured is now at home and police say investigators will be speaking to them when appropriate.
Three employees of Wessex Water and a contractor were working on top of a chemical tank when the blast occurred at the site in Avonmouth, near Bristol, just after 11am on Thursday.
