Avanti West Coast says ‘Accessible Rail Travel with Avanti West Coast’ group on Facebook, will allow disabled train users the opportunity to ask questions of staff directly.
The firm also says that social media staff members have received special training to help them recognise barriers that make life harder for disabled people, with communication coaching also available.
