Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are looking to get out of LA’s high-end real estate market, which has been negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic since it first started taking hold in the United States back in March of this year.
Page Six reported today that the two actors are asking for $14 million for their home in Coldwater Canyon. It was the first marital property they ever bought and it also acted as their primary residence as well.
The outlet says that it’s in the mountains of Beverly Hills within a gated community called Hidden Valley. While one might assume Mila and Ashton are selling it due to financial hardship, it turns out that they’re building a much bigger home in the same area.
